The Harbour Lights 50/50 2024 Rules

    1. The Harbour Lights 50/50 2024 is open to the public and subject to Provincial Laws and Regulations.
    2. You must be at least 19 years old, and tickets must be purchased within the province of New Brunswick.
    3. Tickets are sold only online by visiting www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/harbourlights
    4. When purchasing tickets for the first time, customers complete a one-time registration and provide contact information.
    5. Upon registering, customers will receive a unique number to be used to enter draws.
    6. The single draw can be entered by paying $10, $20, or $50 online up to 11:59 pm on December 19, 2024.
    7. The Harbour Lights 50/50 2024 draw will take place at Saint John City Market, 47 Charlotte Street, Saint John, Friday, December 20, 2024 at 7:15 AM during the live CBC Information Morning broadcast in support of Harbour Lights Campaign. The winning ticket will be selected by a random number generator.
    8. lf circumstances prevent the draw from occurring on time, the draw will take place at the next reasonable opportunity.
    9. lf a number is drawn, the winner wins HALF of the Total Prize Pot.
    10. Winnings will be paid by cheque in the exact name provided in the registration.
    11. The winning cheque can be picked up at 8:00 am at the Saint John City Market, 47 Charlotte Street, Saint John, NB. If the winner is not able to pick up the cheque at this time, arrangements will be made for pick up.
    12. Winners will be contacted using the information they provide in their registration.
    13. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the Jackpot Prize Winner. Winnings unclaimed after 90 days may be placed in a special draw or added back to the Pot for a future draw at the discretion of The Harbour Lights 50/50 organizers.
    14. By registering, customers agree to have their name, ticket number and Jackpot Prize published should their number be drawn for advertising purposes.

    16. Please keep your receipt – In the event of a disagreement in the Draw, precedence will be given to the original receipt issued by the The Harbour Lights Campaign 50/50 2024 computer terminal.
    17. Groups are not permitted to play in The Harbour Lights Campaign 50/50 2024.
